The City of Dallas has launched a new online resource hub to help residents and visitors prepare for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, providing information on transportation, public safety, events, and community updates before the international tournament.

The website, available at dallas.gov/fifa, is intended to serve as the city's central source of information before and during the World Cup. Dallas is one of 16 host cities across North America selected to host matches during the tournament.

According to city officials, the site includes real-time information on transportation and mobility, including public transit options, traffic adjustments, rideshare zones and parking information. The page also provides access to public safety resources, emergency alerts and updates on city operations that could affect neighborhoods and residents during tournament activities.

Visitors can find information on fan zones, cultural events and tourism opportunities throughout Dallas and North Texas.

To accommodate international visitors, the website can be viewed in more than 200 languages.

City officials said safety and security is their top priority throughout the global event so they're encouraging people to sign up for the alerts, remain aware of their surroundings, and report any suspicious activity to police or event officials.

The city is working with the North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, transportation agencies, public safety partners, emergency management teams, and hospitality organizations to coordinate preparations for the event.

The city said it will continue updating the resource page as additional information becomes available in the months leading up to the tournament.
