Dallas Love Field has won some national recognition for its passenger experience.
The Airport Service Quality Awards are issued every year by an aviation industry group. They named Love Field as one of the Best Airports in North America that handles between 15 and 25 million passengers each year.
The Director of the Department of Aviation for the City of Dallas says it reflects their ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier service to passengers.
The Tampa International Airport was also recognized in the 15-25 category.
For airports with more than 40 million passengers per year, DFW International was one of three airports in the US that got the group's top award, along with Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta and Toronto Pearson International.
