A Dallas man has been charged with secretly taking videos and photos of men and boys at fitness gym locker rooms in Minnesota, according to local authorities.
Michael Scott Howard, 50, faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted, KSTP-TV reported.
The investigation began when police responded to an altercation involving Howard. One of the participants asked officers to check Howard’s cell phone, where they reportedly discovered 23 video files and multiple photos of men and juvenile males in various stages of undress.
Howard is charged with five felonies and six misdemeanors in connection with the recordings.
No further details were immediately available.
