Dallas police have identified the suspect they arrested in connection to the sexual assault of a woman in Uptown, Monday.
Police identified him as 21-year-old Evin Bishop.
Police say it happened around 6 o'clock along Thomas Avenue, west of 75 near Woodall Rogers. Police aren't giving details on how it happened, but they released pictures of Bishop asking the public for help and it led to the arrest Tuesday.
Bishop was taken to Dallas County Jail and was charged with Sex Assault.
