Incoming Dallas police Chief Eddie Garcia wants to hear from the men and women of the department before he takes office.
Garcia sent a video to the 3,100 members of the force, as well as an anonymous survey for employees to fill out.
The survey aims to pinpoint DPD members ideas about the strengths and weaknesses within the department.
Garcia will be the city's first Latino police chief when he takes over the department February 3.
