Another Dallas police officer is under arrest.
Dallas Police say Senior Corporal Ja'Qualyn Mitchell was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. It happened in Glenn Heights this past Thursday.
Police say Mitchell was not on duty at the time of the arrest.
Officials say Mitchell has been with the Dallas Police department since 2013 and is currently assigned to the Special Victims Unit. Mitchell is on administrative leave while an Internal Affairs investigation is underway.
Last week two additional officers were placed under arrest. One was charged with aggravated assault over an incident involving another officer. The second was arrested following an off-duty domestic incident.
