Dallas T-Mobile customers are still having problems connecting to the Dallas 911 call center.
Early Monday, the company simply calls it "technical issues."
Dallas police say the T-Mobile users can call an alternative number, (214) 744-4444 to reach a 911 operator.
It's not clear how long the problem will last.
