A DART bus barreled off the roadway and into the White Rock Light Rail Station in East Dallas, injuring five people early this morning.
Images from the scene shows the bus climbing a set of stairs and smashing into the station platform before coming to a stop.
DART officials say the driver and four others were taken to the hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released, and investigators are still working to determine what caused the crash.
The accident forced service disruptions at the White Rock Station as crews cleared debris and checked the structural safety of the platform.
Riders are being urged to check for delays while the investigation continues.
