Dallas (1080 KRLD) - Plans for a new downtown Dallas skyscraper could soon be in the works.
A handful of developers have been pitching plans for new office towers in Dallas' central business district.
Developer and investor Scott Rohrman is putting forth his idea for a 42-story high-rise project.
The complex would include offices, hotel rooms, apartments, and retail space.
The high rise would take up most of the block, at the corner of Elm and North Pearl Street on downtown's east side.
