As the weather turns cooler, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra is taking some of its musical programming outside.

This fall, the DSO is bringing classical music to the community through a series of free events and performances.

“It’s always such a joy to share beautiful music with our community outside of the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center,” said Kim Noltemy, Ross Perot President & CEO of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. “We’re looking forward to collaborating once again with The Concert Truck and Klyde Warren Park, and we are particularly excited to welcome guests to our inaugural performances at Shirley & Bill McIntyre Park.”

Using The Concert Truck, the DSO will roll into various locations across the city, including NorthPark Center and One Arts Plaza, featuring special performances, including a hip-hop-infused show at Ash Studios on Oct. 11, 2023.

Additionally, the DSO is launching "Symphony Sundays" at Klyde Warren Park, offering chamber music concerts on select Sundays.

Dallasites can enjoy chamber music concerts and educational activities at McIntyre Park on the third Tuesday and Saturday of each month, starting from Oct. 17.

These events are part of the DSO's initiative to share beautiful music with the Dallas community outside of the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.
