A Duncanville police officer is facing charges of "official oppression."
Christian Pinilla was booked into the Dallas County jail last night with bond set at $3,000.
As of this morning, he is no longer listed among the jail's inmates so it's likely he made bail overnight.
Duncanville police commanders put out a statement saying that "serious allegations" were raised last month and Pinilla was put on forced leave.
