Texas voters will be asked to weigh in on a couple of pandemic born issues, like Proposition 3 that deals with religious services. If approved it would ban the state from limiting religious services at churches and other locations during a public health emergency. Some people were upset the state restricted services during the height of the pandemic.

Proposition 6 is another issue on the ballot and it deals with essential caregivers. If approved, it would allow nursing homes to designate one person who can NOT be denied in person visits with loved ones, even during a public health emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Other questions voters will decided include expanding property tax exemptions and whether or not charitable raffles should be allowed at professional rodeos.
