Because of the weather, Dallas County's Coronavirus vaccination site at Fair Park will not open until this afternoon, and it will be moved inside.
Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins said there are restrictions.
Today's vaccinations will be offered only to those who were scheduled to receive their second doses this week, from Monday to Thursday.
For those who were due to get their second dose today, their appointments have been moved to Sunday, weather permitting.
Jenkins stresses that if you were scheduled for that second dose today you will be turned away and told to return Sunday.
Operations have temporarily been moved indoors to the Grand Building. Today's hours are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
