An overnight crash on Interstate 20 in southwest Fort Worth near Hulen is being investigated as a fatal crash that may have involved a wrong-way driver.
Initial reports from Fort Worth Police indicate the crash happened just before 3 a.m. Monday when a car traveling west in the eastbound lanes hit another driver head-on.
Reports say both drivers died at the scene and a passenger in one of the cars has been taken to the hospital in stable condition.
