The head of the FBI’s Dallas office says collaboration with other law enforcement agencies is essential as rapid growth continues across North Texas.
Special Agent in Charge Joseph Rothrock said his team has remained busy in recent months, emphasizing that joint efforts with local, state and federal partners are key to effectively addressing the region's expanding challenges.
"FBI Dallas has been responsible for more than 300 arrests," Rothrock said. "That's 300 either violent criminals, gang members, drug traffickers, white collar criminals, or child predators."
While the FBI is focused on a range of priorities, Rothrock noted that protecting children from sexual predators remains a top concern, particularly with the increasing use of social media platforms.
Rothrock said the agency continues to invest in new technologies and collaborative strategies to stay ahead of evolving threats.
