An FC Dallas player is looking to play in his home country next year as North America hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
FC Dallas right-back Shaq Moore says having the talent to take him to the 2022 World Cup means the world to him and now he gets to play in the United States.
“The World Cup coming to the states, and Dallas being one of the cities, is definitely great for us, for the team, for the players, and for the whole country,” Moore said. “It’s definitely going to be a good experience and I’m looking forward to it.”
FC Dallas unveiled their Club and Country package Tuesday which gives North Texas fans an opportunity to be at several exclusive watch parties with the first one long before the first match gets underway.
In December, there are plans to hold a watch party for the World Cup Draw when teams find out where they will participate in the Group Stage of play.
