A federal judge in Fort Worth is siding with United Airlines employees who are working against the company's mandatory vaccine policy.
On Wednesday, US District Judge Mark Pittman granted a restraining order and extended an order telling United Airlines to stop putting workers on unpaid leave if a medical or religious exemption is granted.
Under a deal agreed to by the company and the workers, United won't use the unpaid leave option. But Pittman said that agreement will expire before he has time to rule on the merits of the case so he issued the restraining order.
