UPDATE 2:30 P.M.- The tornado warning for northern Dallas County has been canceled.
UPDATE 2:25 P.M.- The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Warning for Richardson and Buckingham until 2:45 p.m.
A large area of showers and thunderstorms has developed right over north Texas as expected. Lightning and very small hail are the threats over the next few hours, as the whole area continues to drift east of DFW this afternoon.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for all of North and Central Texas through 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday. They are expecting multiple rounds of rainfall, amounting to 3-6" in total, with some areas expecting up to 8".
