A 21-year-old former Aubrey ISD coach is accused of sexually assaulting a student.
Aubrey police began investigating Wesley Huber last week after receiving information that he may have been in a relationship with a student.
Huber worked as a football and powerlifting coach at Aubrey High School and also worked at McNabb Middle School.
Police obtained several arrest warrants and charged Huber with sexual assault of a child, an improper relationship with a student and possession of child pornography.
The district says Huber was placed on leave after officials learned of the allegations and later resigned. The district is cooperating with the police investigation.
Police have not said which school the alleged victim attended.
