Texas Rangers legend Rusty Greer has been hired by Fort Worth Christian School as the new head baseball coach.
The announcement was made Thursday. Greer had a nine year MLB career, all with the Texas Rangers, and finished with a career .305 batting average.
In 2007, Greer was inducted in the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame.
