FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- A group of Fort Worth council members wants a moratorium on some new apartment developments, saying they and others are worried the city is over-saturated with multi-family housing.

Some claim the council has too often caved into developers who seek zoning changes to allow for apartment complexes.

Assistant City Manager Dana Burghdoff says she expects to brief the council soon on an analysis of the city's ratio of single-family to multi-family housing.
