A Fort Worth firefighter is being treated for first degree blistering he suffered during a house fire on Monday.
Reports say the home on Ash Crescent Street near Highway 287 and East Maddox was heavily damaged by fire and three people were displaced.
One firefighter was burned right through his bunker coat. Commanders say such coats can withstand temperatures of a thousand to 1,500 degrees -- giving an idea of how severe the flames were.
Doctors believe the firefighter will make a full recovery.
