For years, DFW felt left out as the rest of Texas got to enjoy everything that H-E-B has to offer. Luckily the Texas based grocery chain finally decided to come to the metroplex, and now they have announced they are building yet another store in the area. It was revealed on Wednesday that Fort Worth will be the next North Texas city to get an H-E-B.
When H-E-B first announced they were opening a DFW location, many in North Texas were hoping it would be coming to their neighborhood. Thus far, H-E-B has mainly been focused on building stores north of Dallas. However, now the first Fort Worth location is being built at Parkside at Alliance Town Center. According to Fort Worth Star Telegram, there's no estimated date yet for the H-E-B store's opening.
Along with H-E-B, the shopping center will feature a Torchy's Tacos, CAVA, Black Rifle Coffee Company and Dash Nail Spa. "Parkside at Alliance Town Center continues to be a destination for the region and I'm excited to welcome some new additions to serve our growing community," said Mark Miller, senior vice president of retail development at Hillwood.
