Fort Worth police release body cam video and the 911 calls, showing the moments leading up to a deadly confrontation between officers and a 29 year old.
Police say Mitchell Davis called 911 making threats Tuesday afternoon, that he was afraid he was going to kill his parents.
When officers get to the scene they see Davis with his hand in his pocket, and order him to get his hands up. The video appears to show Davis pointing the gun at the officers. At least once officer fired his weapon killing Davis.
The police discovered Davis was holding a fake gun.
Keith Hanner lives across the street from Davis, and says he can't believe something like this would happen to him.
"He was one of the nicest guys. He was going through a tough patch and had recently moved back in with his parents," he says.
The case will be referred to the grand jury.
