UPDATE: 7:25 a.m.
Fort Worth police now say a teenager that went missing overnight has been found and is safe.
Fort Worth Police say Jeffrey Daniel Foster was last seen about 1 a.m. Wednesday at a home on Tweed Drive in far north Fort Worth near Highway 287 and Bonds Ranch Drive.
Police were told the 18-year-old Jeffrey has a brain injury and may be lost and in danger. When last seen he was wearing a red Grinch shirt and black pajama pants.
Police are saying anyone who spots him should not approach him but just call police with his location.
