A Fort Worth woman is locked up on a charge of aggravated assault on her adult son, causing serious bodily injury.
Tuesday, police arrested a woman named Jawanda Jarrett at a home on Livingston Avenue about a mile east of the TCU campus. Police say Jarrett stabbed her son who was treated for what are described as non-life-threatening wounds.
Detectives have not said what led up to the stabbing but they do claim Jarrett was intoxicated.
