While an Allen man remains locked up on capital murder charges, funerals will be today for his mother and teenage sister.
Ayse Isil Borat and her 17-year-old daughter Burcu were found stabbed to death at their Allen home on Saturday.
That same day, Burak Hezar was arrested at DFW Airport where police believe he wanted to rent a car to skip town.
Police believe Hezar stabbed his mom and sister but they don't know or are not saying why. He's still behind bars at the Collin County jail, held for capital murder on a $2 million bond.
Today, the funerals for Borat and Burcu will be held at the Richardson mosque on Abrams beginning at 1:30 p.m.
