Garland (1080 KRLD) - The Garland Police Department has arrested Luis Garcia of Arlington for the February murder of Rhamil Reason.
According to Police, on February 1st at 12:00 p.m. they received a call about the discovery of a man's body behind a business in the 500 block of West Interstate 30.
Police learned via surveillance tapes that Reason, 18, had been involved in an exchange of gunfire with someone the night before. Along with the U.S. Marshalls Office, Garcia, 21, has now been arrested and charged with murder.
Bail has not been set and Garcia is being held at the Garland Detention Center.
The investigation is still ongoing.
