Garland Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the remains of someone pulled from a creek near Highway 78 on Anita Drive.

After a preliminary investigation by the medical examiner, they believe it is the body of an adult man.

“We have determined that the body is that of a male subject,” Garland Police Lt. Pedro Barineau said. “However, we still do not have the identification.”

Police though do have one lead they hope will factor into the person’s identification.

The man has a tattoo on his upper left thigh depicting claws and what is believed to be wings.

If anyone has any information, call Garland Police.
