UPDATE: Garland Police say Mr. Gerrad Kelley has been found deceased. Detectives are investigating the cause of death, but there were no signs of foul play.
The Garland Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing man.
No one has seen Gerrad Kelley says Saturday afternoon.
His girlfriend reports she had to take shelter during the heavy storms, and he'd been in the creek area near Pleasant Valley Road at the time.
When she returned to the scene, she only found his bicycle
Garland Police say he's white, 5 foot 10, and 140 pounds.
Kelley has brown eyes, brown hair, and a grey beard. He wore black shorts and a grey Army T-Shirt.
