A victim killed in a Delta County hit-and-run this week has now been identified as a teenager from Garland.
The family of Noah Cavazos says he was due to turn 18 this summer. He was visiting friends and was run over early Monday morning. The driver just kept on going.
Based on debris left at the scene, Delta County investigators believe the car was a Nissan Altima anywhere from a 2001 to a 2005.
The debris also suggests the impact was on the front and the driver's side so the car will likely have damage there.
