Grand Prairie ISD Superintendent Jorge Arredondo resigned Monday night following a 4-3 school board vote to approve a voluntary separation agreement.
This decision comes after months of controversy and community calls for transparency. Arredondo had been on paid administrative leave since September, with the board initially voting to terminate him.
The district has yet to release details of the investigation, leading to ongoing frustration among parents and community members.
