Grand Prairie police have made an arrest in connection with a car crash Friday night that killed a child.
Police say 21-year-old Damian Torres turned himself in Saturday.
Investigators say Torres took off after the crash Friday night. A 12-year-old boy was killed in the crash.
Torres is now charged with several crimes including manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
He is currently being held in the Dallas County jail with no bond set.
