There's been another arrest in the stabbing death of a four-year-old Athens boy.

On Monday, the body of Grayson Hurt was found in his grandmother's home. Police first arrested Grayson's mother Monica Figueroa on a capital murder charge.

Now they are charging Figueroa's mother, Grayson's grandmother, on a charge of endangering a child.

Athens police said they were first told by Mary Johnson that Figueroa had hurt the boy. With more investigation, detectives now believe Johnson knew a lot more than she let on.

Plus, they now know Grayson was stabbed on Sunday and Johnson knew it. But still didn't call the police until the next day.

This is an ongoing investigation.
