A man whose pistol was fired inside a DeSoto WalMart yesterday may be charged.
Police say Tuesday afternoon a gun was fired inside the WalMart store on Belt Line near Westmoreland.
Another customer was slightly wounded and taken to the hospital to get checked out.
Meanwhile, the owner of the gun left before police arrived. But police tracked him down and learned he was carrying his handgun concealed even though he does not have a concealed handgun license.
Investigators decided the gunshot was accidental but the man may still be charged for carrying a concealed weapon without a license.
