Today is the 25th anniversary of the day family members reported the disappearance of a Haltom City mother.
Police say Traci Lynn Kelley was reported missing on October 15th, 1996 by her family after they were unable to make contact with her for weeks.
Investigators believe she actually vanished in July of that year.
Police say Kelley had been a victim of domestic violence and they suspect her disappearance was the result of criminal activity.
Her purse and ID were still at her home. Kelley was 30 when she went missing. She was 5'5", 120 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. At the time she wore large prescription eyeglasses.
Police are asking that anyone with information please reach out.
