A pedestrian has died in east Dallas after being run down on I-30 near Saint Francis Avenue this morning.
The victim was struck just after 3 a.m. Police arrived to find a very grim scene and quickly determined the victim was already dead.
Dallas police and Dallas County Sheriff's deputies closed down the east-bound lanes for the clean-up and investigation.
