The Governor's actions of putting an end to the state's mask mandate now allows businesses to make their own decisions when it comes to masks or no masks.
That has put a lot of businesses in a bit of a bind on how to make customers happy...but does it also put them in a legal bind as well?.
On Ask the Expert, North Texas Attorney Ed Klein joined KRLD's Kristin Diaz and David Rancken to talk more about the issue. He says businesses have the right to require employees and customers to follow the CDC guidelines if they choose to.
