Pop superstar Katy Perry's "The Lifetimes Tour" concert, originally slated for Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the American Airlines Center (AAC), has been rescheduled to Thursday, May 22, due to a scheduling conflict with the Dallas Stars' NHL playoff game.

The Stars advanced to the Western Conference Finals after defeating the Winnipeg Jets, securing a home game against the Edmonton Oilers on May 21.

As primary tenants of the AAC, the Stars and the NBA's Dallas Mavericks hold scheduling priority, leading to the concert's postponement.

Fans expressed mixed reactions online, with some disappointed by the change and others understanding the arena's commitment to its sports teams.

Despite the rescheduling, Perry's performance will proceed at the same venue, ensuring ticket holders can still attend the show.
