A Keller man has been arrested after being accused of taking part in the January 6th riot in Washington DC.
In putting together their criminal complaint, federal prosecutors included Facebook photos showing Paul Conover apparently inside the US Capitol the day it was swarmed by pro-Trump protesters on January 6th.
The Criminal Complaint resulting in Conover's arrest accuses him of "Entering or Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds" and of "Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds."
After his arrest yesterday, Conover made an appearance before a federal magistrate in Fort Worth.
Conover is the Dallas FBI's 33rd arrest in the riot investigation.
