After laying dead for five days a Little Elm man's body was found by a private citizen who spotted a crashed SUV in some heavy brush on private property northwest of Little Elm.
Investigators from DPS believe Forrest Lewis crashed hhis vehicle Thanksgiving night but was not discovered until Tuesday.
His family began searching Friday after not hearing from him. Investigators believe Lewis was going very fast on a rural road when he failed to negotiate a 90-degree curve, sending his Mercedes GLK careening into the brush where it overturned.
Troopers say Lewis was not wearing his seat belt.
