The man arrested in a Dallas motel shooting death has now been identified.
Police say Robert Acosta is up on a murder charge in the death of a victim who was found dead on March 23rd at a motel on Regal Row near Stemmons.
Detectives found texts on the phone of a woman who was dating Acosta that linked him to the killing.
