Police have made an arrest in connection to a weekend murder in west Fort Worth.
Saturday, the victim was found dead in a unit at Park Villas, an apartment complex near Interstate 30 and Alta Mere Drive. A 911 caller told the dispatcher the son of a friend had shot someone.
Police narrowed down their suspect list to a man named Marshall Lambert who was arrested and charged with murder.
Detectives have not said if Lambert and the victim knew one another. They also have not said why the victim was shot.
