A man has died while in the Collin County Detention Facility.
Officers say while conducting 30-minute inmate observations, they discovered an unresponsive inmate lying on his bunk, inside a single-person cell. EMTs responded, but the inmate had died.
The Texas Rangers are investigating this incident.
