A police officer in the Hunt County town of Wolfe City is on paid leave following a man's shooting death over the weekend.
A lawyer for the family of Jonathon Price says he was just trying to break up an altercation between another man and a woman when a Wolfe City police officer drove up. It's not clear why the officer opened fire.
The Texas Rangers will be leading the investigation.
