A man has been gunned down in a south Dallas drive-by shooting over the weekend and the killer is still on the loose.
Police say on Saturday morning a man named Vernon Rivers was found shot on Military Parkway near Dolphin. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital but he did not survive.
Police cannot yet say why Rivers was shot or who did it.
