A Bastrop County man has pleaded guilty to charges that he used a drone to fly drugs, weapons and other contraband over the wall at the federal prison in Fort Worth.

Bryant Henderson flew the drone into Federal Medical Censer Fort Worth.

The Justice Department says Henderson admitted to flying in contraband like meth, THC, tobacco, mp3 players and cell phones.

The cell phones are especially problematic because inmates use them to continue their illicit activities by contacting associates on the outside.
