A man is recovering in a Fort Worth hospital this morning and the attacker who put him there is locked up.
Just before 3 a.m. Wednesday police report getting a 9-1-1 call saying a man had been stabbed in the neck on East Lancaster near Beach.
When officers arrived, the victim was able to give officers some information saying he and the suspect had quarreled. Suddenly, the man pulled a knife and gashed the victim twice on the right side of his neck.
While the victim was bleeding, the attacker ran for it. But officers tracked him down and he was taken into custody.
The victim is reported to be in stable condition.
