A man is locked up in North Richland Hills where police were called last night about a man with a gun on Rufe Snow near Loop 820.
Reports say dispatchers got the first 911 call about 9:30 p.m. and in the background they heard a disturbance. Officers got to the secne and saw the man making a run for it. They ran him down and put the handcuffs on him. Nearby, they found the gun.
Police are saying three people were "injured" but they're not saying they were shot.
The man they arrested is going to be charged with Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer with a Deadly Weapon.
