Several school districts across the Dallas-Fort Worth region have cancelled online and in-person classes today and Friday because of the cold weather and power outages.
The Dallas ISD has cancelled all classes, both in-person and virtual, for Thursday, February 18th and Friday, February 19th.
The same goes for the Fort Worth ISD, the Arlington ISD, the Duncanville ISD and the Desoto ISD.
The Garland ISD has also closed all schools and offices today and tomorrow, with no online instruction offered. So has the Richardson ISD.
The Plano ISD has cancelled all classes for today but has not yet made its announcement about Friday.
